So day 2 and as youll see, not a massive amount of progress ! Tough day today with everyone feeling the recent late nights of prep and a long day yesterday. Last nights forest camp would have made a base for a days walking but we're in 'get to prague' mode atm and struggling to find the right rhythm.. Decided to stop at a campsite near koln today..had it set in tomtom and then decided to follow some campground road signs we picked up instead.. We seemed to go round in circles for about 30 mins following the signs before finally arriving at the spot tomtom was taking us anyway. Was good to arrive here in the afternoon tho, rather than another late stop, having some time to play with the kids and some sit down time to plan tomorrow..
Tomorrows plan is a day in koln seeing the attractions, have some dinner and get the kids in their pj's, then drive in the evening instead..see if that works better for their boredom and our sanity!
